The Edexcel BTEC Level 3 subsidiary diploma in Travel and Tourism consists of 4 compulsory units plus two chosen units.
The course is equivalent to A Level and the mark systems are:
A ‘distinction’ is the equivalent to 120 UCAS points
A ‘merit’ is equivalent to 80 UCAS points
A ‘pass’ is equivalent to 40 UCAS points\

The business of travel and tourism
The UK as a destination
Customer service in travel and tourism" GCSE, AS-Level, A2, Other BTEc Level 3
All portfolio units will require some form of coursework assignments. Examples of portfolio assessments include individual research, group research, and industrial visits.
