The Department of Education have agreed to fund the following additional buildings/alterations:

• A new purpose built Sports Complex
• An additional Special Needs area
• Minor modifications to the School Canteen

Mr Gerry Coghlan, project manager with Scott Wilson has been tasked with proviiding a feasibility study for the Department to consider.  The new project must also consider future building needs and be completed in such a way as to compliment a replacement building for Malone College.  This is encouraging news for the College and I am hopeful that a new and more fit for purpose building will soon emerge.
